Maddie & Marshal got married in one of the most dreamy venues in British Columbia. We were dying to shoot a wedding at God’s Mountain but we were already booked the two times we got an inquiry to shoot there, so when this sweet couple wrote us, we got beyond excited!

God’s Mountain is a very complete venue. It has a beautiful architecture, vineyards, panoramic views to the lake, authentic decor, spacious rooms with lots of character, and I can keep going on and on with the big rock on the driveway, the pool, the apple trees, annnnnnnd a Mediterranean style in Canada! Seriously, take us back there! Did I mention the food is insane and has all the best and local fruits and veggies during the Summer?

Okay, back to their wedding. It was a great Summer day, a little smokey but it definitely not in a disturbing way, we are actually sad the suffer so much with the fires every year. M+M had a romantic First Look followed by an outdoor ceremony facing the lake. Then, two long tables accommodated all the guests just like one big family. To finish the night, they all danced under the stars.

The Okanagan area has great venues and we absolutely going back whenever we have the opportunity. The trip by car or plane are both painless. We took Bacon (our pug) with us in all trips there and he also loves it.
