Jocelyn and Mark chose one of the very best venues in Vancouver, which is the Museum of Anthropology

Imagine having beautiful large totems in the background of your ceremony, making company to your guests, it was the coolest experience! Also, J+M have the best energy, and they are fun!

The bridal party photos were taken at the Waterfall Building and Jericho Beach. Their planner was Smitten Events, of course! We LOVE working along with them.

Now, photos, YAY!

Camp Brachel

When we first heard about Camp Fircom, we knew we needed to shoot a wedding there! We were so lucky to be hired not once but two times last year :)

This was Camp Brachel - or Brian + Rachel's island wedding. Camp Fircom is located at Gambier Island and it is such a beautiful place to have friends and families trapped on an island for 3 days of love celebration.

This couple is soooo cute, and their wedding was so romantic, rustic, and fun fun fun!

Favourites of 2017

This is our favourite post of the year! It's the time we sit together and pick the photos we love the most :)

2017 was our busiest year since we started Sambajoy in 2013. We got to shoot in gorgeous venues like UBC Botanical Garden, a rooftop, a Museumsome islands like Gambier (2x) and Bowen. Also, a golf club in North Van, two venues at Jericho Beach, and, two others inside Stanley Park, and of course, some destination weddings including Hawaii, Mexico, Whistler, and NY. Oh, we can't forget to mention the elopements at Capilano Park and Cleveland Dam.

To the more than 30 couples that trusted us to register such a special day: THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

A big shout out to all vendors that we got the chance to work with in 2017:
